Logistics Coordinator
Caleb ensures that every TAB client feels completely comfortable and confident throughout their project journey. His 16 years of experience in service-focused work—where professional installation and client care were paramount—now drives his meticulous approach to project logistics.
Whether coordinating complex timelines, managing vendor relationships, or overseeing the installation of custom furniture, cabinetry, and finishes, Caleb brings the same dedication to excellence that defined his previous career. His hands-on experience gives him unique insight into what it takes to execute flawless installations.
Working as an integral part of the TAB team, Caleb bridges the gap between design vision and reality, ensuring every custom piece and finish arrives precisely when needed and is installed with exceptional care.

Cassie Beane
Plan + Cabinetry Designer
BS Architecture, University of Virginia
Cassie graduated from the University of Virginia School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2022, bringing cutting-edge design thinking and technical precision to TAB’s architectural planning and cabinetry solutions.
Her expertise encompasses comprehensive architectural drawings including floor plans, roof plans, exterior elevations, and detailed 3D renderings. Cassie specializes in interior elevations that seamlessly integrate tile, cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing layouts, ensuring every functional element enhances the overall design vision.
Collaborating closely with clients and the TAB team, Cassie translates lifestyle needs into optimal spatial arrangements. Her cabinetry design expertise—from initial layouts through order placement—ensures custom storage solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional.

Lydia Szafranski
Interior Designer
BS Interior Design, Virginia Tech
Lydia brings her Virginia Tech Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and specialized expertise in spatial planning and design visualization to every TAB project. Her technical proficiency combined with creative sensibility makes her an invaluable collaborator in bringing design concepts to life.
Her comprehensive skill set includes developing detailed furniture plans and elevations, creating compelling design boards, and managing material selections spanning fabrics, wallcoverings, finishes, and paint colors. Lydia’s expertise extends to furniture specification, accessories, art curation, lighting design, and custom furniture development.
Working in close partnership with Martha and the team, Lydia ensures that every design element—from area rugs to window treatments—contributes to a cohesive, sophisticated environment that reflects each client’s personal style and functional needs.
